The 3B´s Research Group, member of the ICVS/3B´s Associate Laboratory of UMinho, is pleased to invite all the Academy to attend the lectures given by Prof. Oliver Smithies (laureated with the Nobel Prize in Medicine, 2007) and Prof. Nobuyo Maeda. The session will take place in campus de Gualtar, on June 21st, 2013, Auditorium B2, from 15h00 to 17h00.

The lectures are entitled:
- Prof. Oliver Smithies: “You Are Never Too Young to be a scientist”
- Prof. Nobuyo Maeda: “Genetic risk factors for atherosclerosis at different vascular locations: Looking through mouse genetics”

O Grupo de Investigação 3B´s, membro do laboratório associado ICVS/3B´s, da Universidade do Minho, tem o prazer de convidar toda a Academia para participar nas palestras proferidas pelo professor Oliver Smithies (laureado com o Prémio Nobel da Medicina em 2007) e por Nobuyo Maeda, professora da Universidade de Carolina do Norte (EUA). A sessão decorre no dia 21 de junho de 2013, das 15h00 às 17h00, no Auditório B2 (Complexo Pedagógico II) do campus de Gualtar, em Braga.
