The International Conference on Computer-Supported Education (CSEDU 2009) will be held in Lisbon, Portugal, from 23 to 26 March 2009.
The Internet is a popular medium for distance learning, and CSEDU 2009 is being planned to give an overview of the current environment, upcoming trends and to promote discussion about the pedagogical potential of new learning and educational technologies in the academic and corporate worlds.
Keynote speakers are scheduled to cover such topics as:
- services support and reutilisation for technology-enhanced learning;
- learning issues in open-ended group projects;
- quality policies;
- information technologies and educational empowerment;
- new frontiers in computer-supported education.
Regular paper submission is open until 11 December. Registration for the event includes admission to the concurrent Web Information Systems and Technologies (WEBIST 2009) conference.
